中药扶正联合高能超声聚焦刀治疗晚期胰腺癌29例临床疗效分析

摘要：目的 探讨中药扶正联合高能超声聚焦刀(HIFU)在晚期胰腺癌的治疗效果。方法 回顾分析了近2年晚期胰腺癌住院患者的病例资料，比较治疗前后腹痛症状的改善情况，瘤灶的近期变化，及生存时间。结果 中药扶正联合HIFU治疗能够明显改善腹痛症状，有效率为88.89%，疾病控制率为92.86%，均优于对照组(P<0.05)。生存时间也以治疗组为优(13.20m VS 14.07m，P>0.05)。结论 中药扶正联合高能超声聚焦刀是一种治疗晚期胰腺癌的有效手段。
